The Glacier Flow Desk is a tool for students and teachers to apply common core learning concepts. The Flow Desk works well arranged in collaborative groups as well as traditional rows. In its ideal grouping of 5, the Flow desk is designed to maximize the limited space commonly seen in classrooms today. Optional casters make this desk mobile and easy to move into multiple arrangements. Pull this desk apart for individual study or testing purposes. Full-frame construction takes the wiggle out of learning. This desk is available with a hard plastic top or high-pressure laminate.
The Glacier Flow Des’s standard top is constructed of thermoset hard plastic or high-pressure laminate.
The Frame/Legs Fully welded table frame and leg assembly consisting of a full perimeter 3/4” steel tubing welded to four leg mounts that are designed to accept a 1-1/8” 18-gauge round steel upper tube with a 1” 16-gauge inner round telescoping tube.
The frame is attached to the top with 9/16” #10 tamper-resistant screws at each leg mounting plate. All legs are bolted on using a double bolt locking system with two locking nuts against a 14-gauge welded assembly. Adjustable height (22”-30”). Flow 25”x27”x18” Desk Top Standard top is constructed of thermoset hard plastic with embossed pencil groove.
